On Friday morning, one of our database servers suffered a malfunction due to an overload of the backup server. During this period, we were not able to connect and store new data to our database.
We were eventually able to restore the database from backups, but the last non corrupted database backup was from 9:00am on 7.8.2020. As a result, you might notice uptime data missing between that time and 1:00pm on 9.8.2020 on your weekly report.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We don’t expect any other issues except the mentioned missing data, but please let us know if you experience any ongoing problems because of it.
